{Playing Bingo} at Twisted Tuesday!

Happy "Twisted Tuesday!"

Are you all ready for another amazing challenge for the next couple weeks?

Awesome...the girls and I are playing BINGO this week! The challenge: to use a letter on your creation other than in your sentiment stamp...The TWIST, you ask?! Use a number as well on your creation ;)

It took me a bit of time, but after scouring all my 6 x 6 paper packs, I finally found some bright, cheery numbered/lettered paper! Then got to work from there....

For my letters/numbers, I dug out my Stampin' Up! Go, Go Boots! Dies and cut out the HB 2U (Happy Birthday 2 U) and colored up my cutie kittie from Paper Smooches :)

Stamps: Paper Smooches (Chubby Chums)
Ink: Momento Tuxedo Black
Paper: Whisper White, Island Indigo, Gumball Green, Real Red, Pumpkin Pie, Take Note DSP (Doodlebug Design)
Accessories: Polka Dots embossing folder, dimensionals, Copic Markers, SU! Go Go Boots dies, pearls

We have a new sponsor this month:

They will be giving an $8 gift certificate (excluding s/h) to our July winners! Be sure to check them out HERE! Good luck!!

I am also entering my card into the Seize The Birthday July Linky Party challenge!

Thanks for stopping in today and I do hope you get some time to come and get crafty with us girls over at Twisted Tuesday Challenges!!

Sketch Saturday has a clean, simple sketch this week, and that is where I started my card from:

I wanted to use polka dots once again to enter my card into CAS-ual Fridays challenge:

Paper: Melon Mambo, Basic Black, Whisper White, DSP (unknown)
Accessories: MFT "hello" Dienamics, spellbinders oval die, SU! Framelits dies, Lego dots, large polka dots, swiss dots embossing folders, MFT Fishtail Dienamics, pearls, dimensionals

4 CCC #149 {Dry Embossing}

Happy Thursday! I hope that all of my Canadian friends enjoyed whatever Canada Day celebrations they were involved in and that my American friends are celebrating good times with Independence Day!

This week over at 4 Crafty Chicks, miss Leanne is our hostess-with-the-mostess and she is issuing a technique challenge:

4 CCC #149 {Dry Embossing}

This is probably one of my all-time favorite technique to use on a card as it is a quick way to add such gorgeous textures.....check it out:

I used 2 different embossing folders for this beauty - Chevron and Large Dots....I love how this card turned out using the 2 different colors with the embossing folders. I used some MFT Dienamics to make the flourish and flowers, added some ribbon and a sentiment - DONE! Did not take me long to whip up this gorgeous card for my wonderful friend, Leanne and her hubby, Brian for their Anniversary this year :D Congrats again, guys!

Please take some time to come and play with us Chicks! I am sure you have some dry embossing tricks up your sleeves that you can show off - click HERE! Happy crafting!
